Thank you to everyone that attended the awards banquet. We hope that all of you had an enjoyable afternoon/evening. Congratulations to all of the drivers for another outstanding year of great racing. And some very close finishes!!! A big thank you to all that stayed after and helped with cleanup. My personal thanks and gratitude to everyone that helped out at the track this year to make it such a success. Have a great off season.

Waynesfield 1/3 mile BIG track

Hey all,
Rick and I were at Cridersville this weekend and found out about this race in Waynesfield. I thought I would pass the info along to everyone. On Friday October 23rd, and Saturday October 24th, Waynesfield race track is having a "Screaming in the 'Field" race. Its on the BIG track (1/3 mile) where they are racing the stock cars. Normally they race gokarts on the 1/5...

points need to be overlooked again because i know our 3rd race you cheeped everyone a point in jr.sportsman.
otherwise idont think there is a mistake in any other class.

Saturday Night Race with Stock Cars

Roadcourse Practice this week!!

For those intersted, we would like to hold a test session on the small track this Saturday 5/16 and next Saturday 5/23 from 11:00-1:00. We will have our normal practice on both days from 9:00-11:00.

Smaller oval racing

During the drivers meeting at the last race, it was mentioned that dates were being sought to allow practice on the smaller oval in the center of the track? Does that mean that a decision was made to add the smaller oval to the schedule? Will the schedule be adjusted in 2009? 2010? Are the members of the club being asked to assist in the decision-making process?

For the record, I would welcome the addition of the smaller oval racing for the Jr. Sportsmen...
